Booking & Payment Details

Deposit. A non-refundable retainer of 25% of your total cost is needed to reserve your event date on my calendar. This is done via email invoice that can be paid with a credit or debit card. (cash, Venmo, or PayPal arrangements to pay deposit can be made upon request) After you book your event, we will turn down other events for that date. For this reason, the deposit is non-refundable.
*There will be no postponement or rescheduling fees charged if you must postpone or reschedule your event due to Covid-19 restrictions. Package prices at the time of booking will be honored and deposits will be applied to your event whenever it takes place.

​Booking is not considered complete until the deposit has been paid. If you downgrade your services later, the deposit for services you have canceled are not transferable to the final payment.

​Payment. Final payment for services are due the day of your event. For your convenience, I will send out a final invoice a week before your event so you can take care of that payment anytime that week ahead of your event.
